A tribute to the swinging sixties or boho seventies, a touch of fringe to your wardrobe is sure to bring in some playful yet seemingly rugged in a carefree and light hearted feel to your dressing. Wanna turn heads this weekend, next week and beyond? A touch of fringe might just be your best bet. But be warned, you cannot overdo the fringe. One or two fringe accessories is
