Pre-registration: ANA 35th Anniversary International Annual Convention

Dear Chapter Executive Councils,

LIST AND PAYMENTS: 35^thANNIVERSARY INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL CONVENTION 

Fraternal greetings from the National Executive Council,

In line with preparations for the  35^th  Anniversary  International  Annual Convention holding at Abuja, FCT from  Thursday 27^th -   Sunday  30^th October,2016, we request that

you furnish us with a list of delegates attending the 2016 Convention from your chapters on or before the 7^th of October, 2016.

You are also requested to pay the appropriate Convention Fee and Annual Dues due to the National Executive on or before the 7^th of October, 2016. Below is the structure of payments expected.

1.  Annual Dues + Paired Rooms  [ N10,000 only ]

2.  Annual Dues + Single Rooms   [ N15,000 only ]

Only ONE designated officer, the Chapter Secretary, Chairman or Treasurer, can make payments on behalf of Chapter delegates to the following account details:

After payment is made ,the details of such containing names, sex and chapters of the payees should be immediately sent as an email to anaexco2015@gmail.com

Registration after the 7^th of October 2016 is highly discouraged for logistic reasons. Registrations made after the 7^th of October will be accepted only at the rate per delegate of—

1.  Annual Dues + Paired Rooms  [ N13,000 only ]

2.  Annual Dues + Single Rooms   [ N18,000 only ]

Registration on the ground of the Convention is SERIOUSLY discouraged and will attract stiffer penalties if at all it will be condoned.

SPECIAL NOTICE

No one who will be attending the convention as a member and delegate is excluded from this pre-registration arrangement. Members who may not be attending the Convention are advised to pay into the account of the Association their annual membership due to the national of N5000 only for the year 2016 before or after the Convention. Determination of financially up-to-date membership is commencing with this coming convention and compulsory payment of membership dues regardless of the attendance of convention start counting from this year 2016.

The 2016 Convention is a special convention that will be devoted to celebrating the 35^th Anniversary of the Association and the National Executive needs your compliance in order to effectively conduct delegates, distinguished Congress and our special guests through the ceremonies in an efficient manner.
