@SheratonLagos celebrates #Felabration2015
On October 16 2015, Sheraton Lagos Hotel proudly hosted;
#Felabration2015 as part
of its weekly Friday Night Celebrations at the popular Wazobia Nights event at
the Poolside.
Felabration is an annual
festival of music and arts commemorating the life and times of Nigeria’s
foremost musical icon, the late great Fela Anikulakpo Kuti. Sheraton Lagos Hotel -the
acclaimed gathering place of Lagos Mainland residents- recently brought people
together to go down memory lane and enjoy the wholesome great Afrobeat
performances and culture.
To celebrate Felabration
2015, Sheraton Lagos Hotel partnered with the Felabration Organizing
Committee by hosting a special Wazobia Nights Celebration at the Poolside
Restaurant of the hotel.
A special musical was performed by the
resident Afrobeat Jazz Band who entertained guests and visitors with
non-stop Afrobeat music. This event consisted of a special appearance from
Alariwo of Africa and featured at the lobby bar of Sheraton Lagos Hotel on Monday the 17th of
August, 2015
According to the Area General Manager for
Starwood Hotels in Nigeria-Barry Curran “Sheraton is the world’s gathering
