The 10,000sqm shopping mall is a joint venture development between Topwide ventures and Richards Infrastructures Limited and according to the managing director of Richards Ltd – Andy Morkah, the mall is projected to be concluded by the end of the first quarter of 2016.This development has come timely to alleviate the shopping stress of the residents of the communities such as Godab, Brains and hammers, Monarch Garden, Canaan, Palm city e.t.cwho currently have to go to the central city to shop. The chairman of Topwide ventures and Chief Promoter of the project – Sen Annie Okonkwohas pledged to display corporate social responsibility by constructing a 2 km access road to link the shopping mall to existing communities roads. This is deemed a great gesture in the development of community infrastructures by the private sector.
